Our next Senior Scholar Athlete Spotlight is on Will Espy. Will was a four year member of our football team and three year member of track. A highly decorated athlete, Will had the following accolades: metro detroit mid season player of the year 2x 1st team- OAA academic athlete 2x 1st team all OAA 1st team- all state academic athlete 2x 1st team- all region Db MFHSA 1st team- all state Db detroit free press 1st team- all state Db detroit free press 1st team- all north Db D1 district champ D1 regional champ Track and field: regional 4x2 runner up freshman 4x1 champ freshman county 4x2 runner up freshman county 200 3rd place Will's favorite memory from WB sports is winning against Rochester Adams during his sophomore year Homecoming. Next year, he will be attending Mercyhurst University to continue his athletic and academic career while playing football. He will miss his teammates and the brotherhood from WB athletics.
